Using a Referal Unilevel plan (not a Network Marketing Multilevel) you can involve your acquaintances, explain to them our rental and rental program, and then create your own line of investor collaborators.

Each person you sign up, through your personal referral link, and who activates an investment pack will allow us to reward you by making you get commissions bonuses of 10% per month. The commissions are calculated only on the monthly income created by the share invested by all the direct investor collaborators. There is no bonus on the initial capital invested or reinvested.

In the event that your friends or family then spread the word, we will reward you by receiving another bonus commissions equal to 5% monthly on all monthly returns for the second line of your indirect. There is no bonus on the initial capital invested or reinvested.



Based on what is described in the figure, we specify that there is no limit of direct contacts that can be inserted.

Junior Manager 500.000 euros
Having at least 15 people and a volume of investments (without interest compounding) of at least 500.000 euros in its line of direct collaborators will allow to obtain 0,50% more bonus compensation, over the base fees of the career plan, on the monthly income of the whole first and second line of structure.
An additional bonus "Bonus Auto" (€  300,00)is introduced that replaces the delivery of the company car for which delivery would be at least 6 months and only with delivery in Bulgaria, this allows a lot of logistic management to be facilitated and to accelerate the usability of this career bonus from the following month (also in this case the Brand and the company logo must be exported and the monthly photographic proof of the presence of the Brand must be produced).
In the event that one or more of the 15 collaborators reach the same qualification as Junior Manager, on their line you will no longer receive the 0,50% economic bonus which will instead be maintained on all the other lines still active.


Senior Manager 750.000 euros
Having at least 30 people and a volume of investments (without interest compounding) of at least 750.000 euros in its line of direct collaborators will allow to obtain 0,75% more bonus compensation, over the base fees of the career plan, on the monthly income of the whole first and second line of structure.
An additional bonus "Bonus Auto" (€  400,00)is introduced that replaces the delivery of the company car for which delivery would be at least 6 months and only with delivery in Bulgaria, this allows a lot of logistic management to be facilitated and to accelerate the usability of this career bonus from the following month (also in this case the Brand and the company logo must be exported and the monthly photographic proof of the presence of the Brand must be produced).
In the event that one or more of the 30 collaborators reach the same qualification as Senior Manager, on their line you will no longer receive the 0,75% economic bonus which will instead be maintained on all the other lines still active.


Top Manager 1.000.000 euros
Having at least 45 people and a volume of investments (without interest compounding) of at least 1.000.000 euros in its line of direct collaborators will allow to obtain 1,00% more bonus compensation, over the base fees of the career plan, on the monthly income of the whole first and second line of structure.
An additional bonus "Bonus Auto" (€  500,00)is introduced that replaces the delivery of the company car for which delivery would be at least 6 months and only with delivery in Bulgaria, this allows a lot of logistic management to be facilitated and to accelerate the usability of this career bonus from the following month (also in this case the Brand and the company logo must be exported and the monthly photographic proof of the presence of the Brand must be produced).
In the event that one or more of the 45 collaborators reach the same qualification as Top Manager, on their line you will no longer receive the 1,00% economic bonus which will instead be maintained on all the other lines still active.


Diamond Manager 1.500.000 euros
Having at least 60 people and a volume of investments (without interest compounding) of at least 1.500.000 euros in its line of direct collaborators will allow to obtain 1,75% more bonus compensation, over the base fees of the career plan, on the monthly income of the whole first and second line of structure.
An additional bonus "Bonus Auto" (€  600,00)is introduced that replaces the delivery of the company car for which delivery would be at least 6 months and only with delivery in Bulgaria, this allows a lot of logistic management to be facilitated and to accelerate the usability of this career bonus from the following month (also in this case the Brand and the company logo must be exported and the monthly photographic proof of the presence of the Brand must be produced).
In the event that one or more of the 60 collaborators reach the same qualification as Diamond Manager, on their line you will no longer receive the 1,75% economic bonus which will instead be maintained on all the other lines still active.

Vip Manager 2.000.000 euros
Having at least 75 people and a volume of investments (without interest compounding) of at least 2.000.000 euros in its line of direct collaborators will allow to obtain 2,00% more bonus compensation, over the base fees of the career plan, on the monthly income of the whole first and second line of structure.
An additional bonus "Bonus Auto" (€  700,00)is introduced that replaces the delivery of the company car for which delivery would be at least 6 months and only with delivery in Bulgaria, this allows a lot of logistic management to be facilitated and to accelerate the usability of this career bonus from the following month (also in this case the Brand and the company logo must be exported and the monthly photographic proof of the presence of the Brand must be produced).
In the event that one or more of the 75 collaborators reach the same qualification as Vip Manager, on their line you will no longer receive the 2,00% economic bonus which will instead be maintained on all the other lines still active.
